Do you see a job all the way through once started?
Yes, we are dedicated to seeing a job through to completion once we have started it.

 

Are you insured?
Yes, we carry personal liability insurance for both property damage and personal injury, as well as being insured through WSIB.

 

Do you keep your work area clean?
Our team ensures that the work area is kept clean to keep dust down by cleaning up daily. We lay down tarps on the floor to protect it while we move in and out of the premises, and we remove them at the end of each day to leave the area clean and organized.

 

We want to renovate, but do not know exactly what we want or a particular style we are looking for. Can you help?
Absolutely! We are able to assist by offering design ideas that encompass selecting and coordinating products such as fixtures, tile designs, layouts, and more.

 

Do you supply the products such as tiles, fixtures and so on?
The products provided for your project will depend on the agreement we establish. Some customers prefer to supply their own materials, such as tiles, paint, and fixtures, while others opt to have everything sourced by us. The choice is yours, and we are committed to supporting and collaborating with you in whichever manner you prefer.

 

If you supply the products, do you mark the price up?
No, we simply pass that cost off to you. The price per item being installed is clearly outlined in the quote provided. See next question for details.

 

I don't know what products to choose. Can you help?
Yes! If you are not providing any products, we will supply a product selection file along with our quote. This file will display the products that have been chosen for your reference and review, helping to facilitate the decision-making process and provide inspiration. Each product in the file includes a direct link to the source, allowing you to view the cost per item selected. Additionally, the file includes alternative product options for your consideration. For example, we may include a price for a specific floor tile, but we also offer additional options in case you prefer a different style. This comprehensive product selection file aims to streamline the decision-making process and ensure that you have all the information needed to make informed choices for your project.

 

Do you charge for providing design ideas and product coordination?
No, we provide this service as a courtesy because we recognize that renovating can be a daunting task, and selecting the right products can be a time-consuming process.

 

How long is your quoted price valid for?
The time period is indicated in the quote, typically lasting around one month.
